With 25+ years of cross-industry financial leadership, Som brings deep expertise in corporate finance, taxation, and private equity fundraising. Former CFO of Indian Energy Ltd. and an 11-year veteran of the Aditya Birla Group (Indo Gulf Fertilisers & Grasim), he has successfully steered financial policies, established joint ventures with European machinery leaders, and implemented Strategic Business Unit (SBU) structures. A thorough professional in audit, accounts, finance, and taxation, Som also serves as Director at Brics Corporate

Manoj Pati

Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in audit, accounting, financial reporting, risk advisory, and corporate consulting. He has worked with leading global firms including KPMG, BDO India, and Mazars LLP Singapore. He specializes in IFRS, Ind AS, Indian GAAP, mergers & acquisitions, company law, internal financial controls (IFC), corporate governance, and business advisory. His experience spans diverse industries such as Real Estate, IT, Education, Manufacturing, and Pharmaceuticals. He is also a regular speaker on accounting and corporate law topics and has served as a Sub-Group Member of the Corporate & Allied Laws Committee, WIRC of ICAI (FY 2014–15).

His expertise spans plant modernization, startup project financing, and strategic cost control, with deep domain affinity in Engineering, Automobiles, Rubber & Chemicals, Renewable Energy, and Electronics.
